Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to deploy to and run the underlying technical infrastructure (platform) for Wealth Wizards to host automated online
financial advice and to provide technical leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities
Executing operational work within an Agile team.
Providing guidance on best-practice to ensure data security and integrity without compromising agility and innovation.
Shared ownership of team status board.
Deployment of software releases to customer environments.
Code/peer review of colleagues’ work.
Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures.

Skills & Attributes

Considerable experience in key technologies such as Linux, Containers, HTTP and IaaS.
Proven record of system automation.

Job purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead the development of innovative digital products, coordinating the activities of
engineers, designers and finance experts towards a common goal. The Senior Product Manager is responsible
for the processes and techniques to provide a deep understanding of customers’ needs and enable objective
planning and prioritisation of product development activities. A primary objective is that company resources
are aligned in ensuring that Engineering effort is focussed on building and maintaining the right products and

Duties and responsibilities
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally (as applicable)
Understand the target market for Wealth Wizards and our corporate customers’ products
Understand and evangelise about the value proposition and the needs of target customers
Lead product innovation across the disciplines of expert advice, compelling and engaging user
experience (UX) and world-class engineering
Engage stakeholders in prioritisation of development activity by providing full visibility of value,
cost/effort and potential timelines to support objective decision-making
Lead ‘product discovery’ activities so that customers’ needs are fully understood and potential
solutions are researched and tested early and continuously through the development life-cycle
Facilitate Agile working across Product and Engineering activities by identifying and championing
opportunities for early/incremental delivery
Develop and monitor analytics and KPIs which demonstrate success and provide objective analysis of
product needs and priorities
Coach and support colleagues to establish product development best-practice across the Product
