About the role

We’re looking for someone to come and join our team as an IT Support Engineer, here in beautiful Leamington Spa. We’re looking for someone who will help keep our people happy and productive, and solve problems with their office IT systems, such as Windows and MacOS Laptops, Office 365, Office AV, VPN connections, etc.

The role would suit a support engineer with experience but we’re also happy to train you if you’ve got a passion for tech and aspire to work in IT.

What you’ll do

  • Provide server, desktop and remote support (on both Mac and PC)
  • You’ll be responsible for the delivery of all Office IT services, including security aspects to determine and meet risk and compliance requirements.
  • Automate the installation and configuration of Wealth Wizards IT infrastructure including Laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.
  • Ensure security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on IT infrastructure.
  • Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures.
  • Management of network and phone services.
  • Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Management of the Wealth Wizards office services, e.g. Office 365, especially email and Collaboration, such as Exchange and SharePoint.

You’ll ideally have

  • Knowledge of key technologies such as Active Directory, Windows 10, OSX/MacOS and SharePoint.
  • A desire to automate, improve and make a difference.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Job purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to our wide and varied clients, both Employers and Employees. The role requires a careful balance of customer service skills with strong back-office administration skills. Customer service needs to be delivered in an upbeat tone of voice which reflects our modern ‘can do’ culture.

As a regulated business, much of this service needs to be carefully delivered to agreed compliance and service standards and a fundamental part of the role is to maintain exemplary client and business records.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage service to employers and employees and ensure that each employee’s case is handled appropriately
  • Liaise with the company’s Employer Solutions channel to ensure ongoing servicing of new and existing employers and employees
  • Provide admin support to the company’s paraplanners when required
  • Liaise with the company’s financial planners to ensure that advice reports are delivered in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate customer and business records to the standards required by the FCA
  • Promote awareness of Wealth Wizards’ profile and brand
  • Assist with the testing of new advice systems as required
  • Ensure that all telephone calls and emails to the company are handled appropriately
  • Handle administration of all incoming post
  • Support and engage in all activities relating to driving up user numbers
  • Carry out monthly payroll and product provider uploads for employers
  • Monthly reconciliation of employer data to include joiners, leavers and any changes
  • Liaise with product providers as and when required
  • Adhere to all information security policies and procedures

Job purpose

The bid manager is responsible for submitting completed bids/RFI’s to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget. The bid manager will ensure that all the client’s questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that we have given ourselves the best possible chance of success.

Duties and responsibilities

  • To manage the bid qualification (go/no go) process for new opportunities and share key learnings
  • Lead day to day aspects of all bids/RFIs
  • Read and interpret requirements carefully
  • Liaison with various stakeholders to pull together all requirements
  • Craft responses in such a way that we are seen in the best light possible in the customers eyes
  • Contribute to the written proposal – in terms of content and presentation
  • Liaise with Sales and Finance on commercials, ensuring all services are included in the final price

Job purpose

The Head of Legal is responsible for the tender, contract, negotiation and legal processes for existing and prospective corporate clients and suppliers, ensuring the desired outcomes and objectives of both the organisation and our partners are delivered.

Reporting to the CFO, and working closely with the Executive Team, this role includes taking ownership for RFI and RFP submissions, due diligence requests, and supplier and customer contracts. As the in-house legal specialist, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts for both our Smart Platform B2B solutions, and our Employee Benefits contracts with employers, where necessary utilising external counsel or other professional advisers. There will also be the opportunity to lead insurance products directly related to commercial relationships where Wealth Wizards are helping drive innovation in specialist insurance in this area.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage contract negotiations with corporate partners and employer clients
  • Review, feedback and suggest amendments on client and supplier contracts
  • Protect WW interests by ensuring appropriate contractual terms are put in place, drafting new contracts/terms where necessary
  • Determine when additional specialist legal support is required, liaising with WW independent legal advisers as necessary
  • Work with the Business Development Manager Account Directors to compile RFI and RFP submissions from potential corporate partners
  • Manage due diligence requests from potential corporate partners, compiling responses from subject matter experts across the business
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Challenge existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement in tender, contracting and implementation
  • Management of WW’s portfolio of IPR including Patents and Trademarks
  • Working with external counsel, and patent agents as and when required
  • Undertaking roles and activities in support of the company secretarial roles as necessary Ensuring suitable insurance policies are in place and helping deliver new innovative insurance products.

  • Managing due diligence processes
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of Financial Services products, rules and regulations.
