Your role

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to our wide and varied clients, both Employers and Employees and to provide admin support on group risk products.  The role requires a careful balance of customer service skills with strong back-office administration skills.  Customer service needs to be delivered in an upbeat tone of voice which reflects our modern ‘can do’ culture.

As a regulated business, much of this service needs to be carefully delivered to agreed compliance and service standards and a fundamental part of the role is to maintain exemplary client and business records.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage service to Employers and Employees and ensure that each employer/employee’s case is handled appropriately
  • Direct Contact with clients to resolve queries, support relationship development and to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Undertake market review and re-broking exercises for both new and existing clients
  • Provide Admin Support to the Personal Advice Team
  • Ensuring that the FCA requirements are fully adhered to (customer and business records, file maintenance, terms of business, key facts documents, claim register, file checklist)
  • Promote awareness of Wealth Wizards’ profile and brand
  • Ensure that all telephone calls and emails to the company are handled appropriately
  • Handle administration of all incoming post
  • Support and engage in all activities relating to driving up user numbers in MyEva
  • Carry out monthly payroll and product provider uploads for Employers
  • Monthly reconciliation of Employer Data to include joiners, leavers and any changes to all relevant systems and product providers
  • Liaise with Product Providers as and when required
  • Chase outstanding payments and commission when required
  • Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures

Your experience

  • Competence in IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • Understanding of Financial Services – preferably in the regulated financial advice sector
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an internet based business
  • Evidence of business administration and/or customer service activities undertaken
