Junior Platform Engineer

Leamington Spa / Remote

Our teams

As members of the Platform Chapter team we design, build and run a platform enabling our business to make financial advice affordable and accessible to everyone. It’s secure, scalable, efficient, enables experimentation and sets the engineering teams for success. Our apps are #nodejs based, mostly running in #docker containers managed by #kubernetes. We're on a journey towards #serverless and sometimes we might even use some #wardleymapping too and use #TechFridays to explore whatever problem area one is interested in! We like to think we use the right tools for what we need to achieve; when you think we're not you can help us improve so we all grow and you'll get to work with some amazing people too! Wanna join us?

We’re fully remote at the moment and will be remote first in a post Covid world. We have an office in Leamington Spa to be used if wanted, but presence will not be mandatory. On occasion, we might want to meet for some face to face interaction or simply go for a pub lunch but we’ll schedule these in advance so it suits everyone.

  • You will have a strong commitment to self-learning, demonstrating how you’ve developed your skills
  • You are self-motivated and happy to ask questions of team members when you are blocked
