About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic marketer, who is used to building brands, who can develop a vision and be commercial and practical enough to make things happen. Building and leading a top class marketing team to deliver something of real impact to our society. The UK is woefully underprepared for retirement and a very large percentage of the population will be forced to accept an income which is far lower than they are used to.
Studies show that this is due in large part to retirement products being perceived as opaque and impossible to understand without costly advice. This advice is unavailable to most people, either because they cannot afford it or because they feel no affinity with traditional advice channels.
Wealth Wizards products make advice accessible and affordable to all, and make the range of options more transparent and easy to understand.
The CMO will be Customer led and Sales driven, will have worked closely with Sales teams and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness.
