You’ll have a free 20-minute conversation with one of our team. We’ll listen to your goals, answer your questions, and explain how our advice could help — including the cost.

Fact Find Meeting

A deeper conversation to understand what matters to you.

In this 45-minute meeting, we’ll build a clear picture of your personal and financial situation. We’ll use the information you’ve shared, ask any follow-up questions, and take the time to understand your priorities and plans.

You'll also be invited to sign up to your Personal Finance Portal, where you can securely share your details, view your advice reports, and message us directly.

Scenario Planning

If you're approaching retirement, this step helps you explore what your future could look like.

We’ll model different scenarios based on your goals, lifestyle, and finances. Together, we’ll explore the options, narrow down what’s right for you, and help you understand what’s possible.

Presentation Call

See your advice brought to life.

This 45–60 minute call is where we take you through your tailored advice report. We’ll explain what we’re recommending and why, show how it supports your goals, and give you plenty of time to ask questions ensuring that you feel confident and informed every step of the way

You stay in full control — we’ll only implement anything with your go-ahead.

Once you’re ready, our Client Services team will put your plan into action. They’ll handle the paperwork, manage the providers, and keep things moving.
